Our 8 Mile Trail Run will follow our tradition of taking you on a lap around our park featuring hiking paths, multi purpose trails, and a little grass and a lot of great views. Some find it hilly, some find it silly, but all will find its rocks, roots, creeks, ups and downs combine to be quite a challenge! Do two laps and you did a 25K! This is perfect training for Bobcat and Bigfoot Trail Races.
Our 5 Mile Trail Challenge Walk will follow the same course as in the past. It will leave the beach, passing through Overlook Picnic Area and down to the Lakeview Trail. Up the steps and circling the trail TWICE and back the same way you came. With 911 feet of gain it is sure to be the most challenging walk on the Health Plan Grand Prix circuit. Enter early and do something to brag about!

We will be still be featuring our famous paw printed long sleeve shirts, the best food of any race by our friends from Ye Olde Alpha and Hollie’s Cookie Hut, great traffic control, on site camping, tunes by Mr. Twister.

No doubling back this year, one lap, and one direction only should eliminate any confusion we have encountered in the past. Still 99% off road and guaranteed to be toughest run in SE Ohio! (If you find one tougher, call us, we want to try it!) There are only 2 stream crossings this year!

Theracedeal.com online registration is fantastic! The Relay for Life Spring 5K had 335 participants, generating total monies over $6,000 to the American Cancer Society!

Nick, thanks so much for all your online help. I was pleasantly surprised by how many people registered online! I know you didn't get rich doing that for me, but, I greatly appreciate it. Now that I know how it works, I will push the idea for next year's race. We have an established race so I feel that we can expand it to include more runners. Hope you continue to have success with theracedeal.com. I know I won't hesitate to spread the word about how well it worked for me.
